What is NIRAJKA, you may wonder?   Firstly its:

The second meaning refers to the names of our CEO and founder's loved ones, including her late aunt, father, late grandmother, and mother.  For more information on this, check out our Founder & CEO's page.

NIRAJKA offers several workshops that not only spread awareness about injustice but also help to implement and amend client company policies and regulations. In hindsight, after each workshop, we ask the attendees to come up with rules that the company they work for can implement and act upon.
